Patrick Bowlin

I was born in Kansas City, Missouri, in December 1965 and moved with my family to Raleigh, North Carolina, in 1970. I attended gifted and magnet schools in Raleigh, including Ligon Magnet and Enloe Magnet High School. After serving my country and exploring various educational paths, I fully committed to the construction industry.

For seven years, I worked throughout the Caribbean on major resort construction and development projects. I advanced quickly and assumed leadership roles with Centex Rooney. One of my proudest achievements during that time was completing the iconic Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas.

Although I maintained my residence in North Carolina, I was rarely home—frequently traveling to project sites that were either delayed or facing critical issues requiring fast, innovative solutions. In that role, I consistently exceeded expectations and continued to grow professionally.

In 1997, I returned to North Carolina and obtained my Unlimited Building Classification General Contractor License, the highest level in the state, under Bowlin Enterprises, Inc. I also hold a Limited License in my personal name.

Since then, I’ve been involved in numerous commercial and residential projects, including:

  • Death and Taxes Restaurant – Raleigh, NC

  • SkyZone – Raleigh, NC

  • Angel Island Amusement Park – Durham, NC

  • McCrimmon Center – Morrisville, NC

  • Capital Automotive Group Corporate Office – Raleigh, NC

  • Sokal Media Group – Wake Forest, NC

  • Carolina Partners in Mental Health Offices – Raleigh, NC

  • Mindpath Corporate Offices – Raleigh, NC

I’ve also managed several multimillion-dollar custom residential projects in Raleigh, including:

  • 3024 Abington Lane

  • 3020 Abington Lane

  • 6200 Castlebrook Dr

  • 5505 Edington Lane

  • 7817 Hardwick Dr

With over 40 years in the field, I have deep experience in all types of construction, including building methods and codes. I understand courtroom procedures, the responsibilities of attorneys and clients, and the importance of clear, expert communication. My testimony has been described as “imperative to our success” and “the single most important reason we prevailed.” If you’re seeking trusted expert support in your legal case, I’m ready to help.
