I’m a construction professional with over 40 years of experience in residential, commercial, and resort development projects. Throughout my career, I’ve led high-level projects across the U.S. and the Caribbean, including the completion of the iconic Atlantis resort in the Bahamas. In 1997, I obtained my Unlimited General Contractor License in North Carolina, and since then, I’ve managed numerous complex, large-scale builds. I combine technical expertise, field leadership, and courtroom experience to deliver clear, reliable expert testimony in construction-related legal disputes.
